I have been training Krav Maga since about 6 months at the Krav Maga Institute Deutz. I have achieved my personal goal, to lose my fear of sudden, dangerous situations! While it is impossible to protect yourself fully against attacks, I have learned not to freeze in the face of an attack and instead to defend myself with all means! Thanks to the nice participants and the likeable and competent instructors! 5 stars plus! I will continue!

Optimal combination of fitness and technique training on a demanding level. Due to the variety in ages and gender within the group there is an additional incentive to keep up. Competent instructors ensure motivation by sustaining a healthy mixture of fun and rigor. Pleasant people participate in the training for positive reasons. On training days, I am always looking forward in the morning to the training at night and it is always sad when I cannot participate.

Challenging, active, demanding, fun, informative, helpful… these are my first thoughts about the training with Carsten & Cristian. One of the largest Krav Maga schools in Germany and also definitely one of the best. Clear instructions with diverse techniques, pleasant students, numerous training locations and always a certain amount of stress and exertion, which allow the challenging preparation for the hopefully never-occurring incident.
